You did it! Thanks to the overwhelming support for the Columbia Heights Dog Park, the Council has allocated $1.5 million in the FY2019 budget to purchase it from WMATA. The Council adopted the budget on May 29 and it now awaits the mayor's signature. Thank you for each email you sent, postcard you wrote, petition signature you collected, and dog photo you took.
