Thank Your State Senator for Voting in Favor of Driver’s Licenses!

The Massachusetts State Senate voted in favor (32-8) of allowing families to access driver’s licenses! Allowing Bay Staters to apply for driver's licenses, regardless of immigration status, is common sense public policy that improves public safety for all Massachusetts families.

We ask you to send a letter to your Senator thanking them for their vote in favor of An Act Relative to Work and Family Mobility (S.2851) and asking for their continued support in the legislative process. This legislation would enable all qualified Massachusetts residents, regardless of immigration status, to apply for a standard license while keeping our Commonwealth in full compliance with REAL ID requirements.
