The Senate Will be Voting on Driver’s Licenses on May 5th, 2022! Take action now!

Allowing Bay Staters to apply for driver's licenses, regardless of immigration status, is common sense public policy that improves public safety for all Massachusetts families.

The Driver’s License bill will be coming up for a vote on Thursday, May 5th, 2022. We ask you to send a letter to your State Senator NOW urging them to VOTE YES for An Act Relative to Work and Family Mobility (S.2851). This legislation would enable all qualified Massachusetts residents, regardless of immigration status, to apply for a standard license while keeping our Commonwealth in full compliance with REAL ID requirements.
