WestRock Pulp and Paper Mill, the source of the infamous "Aroma of Tacoma", is looking to double their allowed air pollution emissions!  Their proposed increase of 60,000 tons of carbon dioxide per year is the equivalent of adding over 12,000 fossil fuel powered cars to the road. This at a time when world scientists are calling for a rapid, unprecedented shift away from fossil fuels to prevent catastrophic climate change.
