Write to Howard County's Board of Education
On January 1, 2016, HCPSS plans to impose a 3.9% price increase for employee health insurance.
HCPSS asserts that the school system:
- will not negotiate the amount of the price increase,
- will not bring the issue to the Board of Education (BOE) for approval.
- will not seek competitive bids from health insurance providers for two more years.
