Registered Nurses, healthcare professionals, and staff of St. James Hospital are committed to our patients and our community. The best way to provide the safest and highest quality care is to focus on retaining medical health providers, addressing staff turnover and recognize the importance of our knowledge, experience, and dedication of the professionals who keep us healthy in the Butte and Silver Bow County communities. St. James has also experienced high turnover of MNA Nurses and Teamsters hospital staff which adds not only to the cost of healthcare in our community but also undermines our capacity to ensure timely, high quality healthcare. We are coming together as staff and medical professionals in the Butte and Silver Bow Communities to ask St. James Hospital to work with us to protect our St James healthcare providers, decrease turnover, protect working conditions and patient outcomes, and give us the tools and resources to protect the health and wellbeing of our community.",
