We are fighting back! It’s bad enough that this was done in secret, without input from the community. Worse that it takes away the only open green space in the area – AFTER extensive plans had been made for a complete renovation. Most obscene of all though is the fact that it takes $50 million dollars of our hard-earned tax money ($25 million from the City of Columbus and $25 million from Franklin County) and gifts it to the billionaire-owned Haslam sports group for an entirely private enterprise. Stand up for your neighbors and let the National Women&#x27;s Soccer League (NWSL), Mayor Ginther, Columbus City Council and the Franklin County Commissioners know that we are not giving up our precious public resources without a fight!
