All you need is a screen, a couch, and a handful of people from your dorm, class, workplace or neighborhood. Sunrise Movement will provide 2 epic mini-documentaries taking us through what’s at stake, why we need a Green New Deal and our plan to win; and, a suggested format for the evening and all the support and training you need to pull it off with confidence! If there ever was a moment to get involved, it is now. Add this to your New Year&#x27;s Resolution: Host a 2020 launch party to win a Green New Deal. The exact date has yet to be announced, but we have set a goal of 3,000 launch parties by the end of January. What we do in these next 12 months will shape the course of human history for centuries to come. About a year from now, we can swear in a President who will make the Green New Deal a Day 1 priority.
