	"description": "Since Boris Santos&#x27; field launch in mid-November, volunteers from across New York City (and beyond!) have knocked on thousands of doors throughout Bushwick and Bed-Stuy. This is how we win campaigns: by engaging voters in conversations about housing, transit, public power, health justice, and sharing the need for bold leaders at every level of government — Boris Santos for NYS Assembly and Bernie Sanders for President — to fight for working-class people like us. If you&#x27;ve never canvassed before, don&#x27;t worry! We&#x27;ll have a training before you go out and make sure to pair you with a partner. After canvassing, we&#x27;ll meet up at a local spot to eat, drink and share our canvassing stories, ideas, and suggestions.
