	"description": "RSVP DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 16th, 2018 Each participant must RSVP by filling out this form Please join your union brother and sisters at the upcoming AFSCME Northwest Public Safety Conference. The attendees to this biennial conference will learn about issues important to public safety employees, discuss what is going on around the Northwest and get the tools needed to fight back against threats to vital work. The conference will be held at eh Vancouver Hilton in downtown Vancouver Washington. Each attendees must pay a $75 fee which covers admission to all sessions, conference materials and meals during the conference ( Saturday evening dinner is not included). The Public Safety Conference us open to all WFSE Council 28  public safety activists but the cost for member participation is a local expense. Please check with your local President for authorization. A block of room have been reserved at the Vancouver Hilton. These are available first come first serve. The rooms will be direct billed and we will bill back the locals after the event. The room rates range from $ 134-$ 144 / per night depending on type of room. Again, the cut - off date for a room reservation is February 16, 2018",
