"description": "Join the Worldwide Climate Education & Justice Week on Wednesday, November 15th at Noon EST (New York Time) for a joint-webinar with one of our key educational partners - The Week. The Week is a group experience that anyone can use, for free, to spark courageous conversations about the climate in your university or school, and explore what we can do about it (with people 16 y/o+). It works like this: you bring together a group of people three times over the course of one week (hence “The Week”), each time to watch an hour-long documentary, followed by the heart of the experience, a 30-minute guided conversation to make sense of it all. Here’s a quick 2-minute trailer to learn more. If you’re interested in participating in the Worldwide Climate Justice and Education Week (April 1st - 8th), but are unsure where to begin, The Week is the perfect way to get started. You can organize your own session of The Week during the week of April 1st, or in the months beforehand, to inspire others to help you organize your own event. Join the Worldwide Climate Justice and Education Week on November 15th, along with members of The Week community, to learn more about this powerful tool. During this webinar, we will be joined by: John Yildliz, US Campus Lead, The Week Tina Bessias, Teacher & Sustainability Coordinator, Durham Academy, United States Ursula Stenger, Professor of Educational Science, the University of Cologne, Germany We look forward to seeing you on the 15th! For any questions, please email Tobias Hess (thess@bard.edu)",
