"description": "Join our Stratford Olympic Park Green Team for an evening of doorknocking to elect Joe Hudson-Small and current councillor Cllr Nate Higgins at May's local elections. We'll be knocking on doors to speak with residents about the great work their Green councillors have been doing. We can't do this alone, we need you. We'll be meeting outside Timber Lodge at 6:30pm for a quick briefing before heading out to speak to residents. Everybody is welcome, from experienced campaigners to complete newcomers. Nobody will be expected to campaign alone – we always work together. We won big at the last election and have been effective holding Labour to account ever since, but they'll definitely be fighting back at next year's election – we need your help to keep Stratford Olympic Park Green. If you have any questions please email nate@nateh.uk After we've finished canvassing we'll head to Mother Kelly's for a well deserved drink (or two), so it's a great opportunity to meet new people. What to bring: Warm clothes and comfortable shoes – it'll be dark and chilly! We'll provide everything else you need. Getting there: Timber Lodge is a short walk from Stratford International or Stratford station, on Honour Lea Avenue in the Olympic Park.",
