	"description": "A joint meeting of all policy committees will convene in the Emerald DEF  Ballroom at 10:00 AM on Saturday February 24th. Refreshments will be available outside the Ballroom starting at 9:00 AM. Policy Committees will break into individual sessions following the joint meeting. Delegates and alternates are asked to bring a brown bag lunch so that the Committee can meet through the lunch period. The Council will no longer provide on-site child care due to lack of participation. However, the Council Executive Board adopted a resolution that provides for the Council to reimburse policy committee delegates/alternates for child care upon submission of a receipt. The Council Travel Fund will be utilized to help defray the expenses of delegates from Locals that have been identified as more than 50 miles from the Sea-Tac area.  Please submit request for travel and/or lodging arrangements online at WFSE.org!   Locate the calendar of events, November 4, 2017 and click November Policy Committee to share your request. Please Note: You must share your travel request by the deadline noted on the travel/housing page, or you will be responsible for making and paying for your own reservations.",
