This first meetup is all about getting to know each other and imagining what this group could become. We’ll ask: What do you want out of this group? Should we stick to social gatherings, or also dive into activism and service work? What kinds of events would you like to see? Ideas to start you off: Social / Community: restaurant or brewery meetups, walks/hikes/kayaking, movie outings, book clubs, arts &amp;amp; crafts, board games Activism: attend protests, write letters to legislators Service: volunteer at the food bank, trail or road cleanup, raise money for a local cause We’ll also brainstorm great locations for future events and a name for the group.
