	"description": "Flatbush DSA is recruiting a cohort of members to participate in the Organizing for Power (O4P) training program. O4P is an online training program for organizers worldwide. Since its creation in 2019 as a joint collaboration between the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation and the late, great labor organizer Jane McAlevey, O4P has trained more than 40,000 people from 1,800+ organizations in over 115 countries. The program’s skills-focused curriculum — highlighted by a six-week Core Fundamentals training — teaches its participants how to build disciplined majorities capable of winning measurable victories through well-planned campaigns. Registration is completely free. The course will entail 6 consecutive two hour sessions on Thursdays, 12:00pm- 2:00pm, from February 13th to March 20th, 2025. Teams are also expected to meet between sessions to complete practice assignments.
