	"description": "Join us for a quick burst of evening canvassing For those who can&#x27;t give up a weekend day, but want to help bring change to the ward, come meet your local candidates, and help us find and persuade green voters to support us at the upcoming election on 7th May 2026. We&#x27;ll meet at Costa, near Forest Gate Station on Woodgrange Road. Don&#x27;t worry if it&#x27;s your first time - training is provided and experienced canvassers will be present. We will canvas in small groups and will wrap everything up before 21:00. Leaflets will be available if you don&#x27;t feel comfortable door knocking. If you&#x27;re running late just let us know in the whatsapp chat, or by contacting the organiser directly (when you sign up you will get their details). **Please RSVP so we know how many people to expect and can plan routes/leaflet numbers accordingly**",
