"description": "What? A celebratory gathering / picnic in the park. Come together to celebrate not only the Senedd campaign and the hard work and volunteer hours that went into it, but also (hopefully) the election of the first ever Green MSs! Meet other members and supporters. Bring your own food and drink (and some to share if you wish), and a blanket to sit on. Bring a chair if you don’t want to sit on the ground. Check the weather beforehand and bring appropriate clothing. When? Saturday 16th May from 1pm. Where? The Cooper’s Field area of Bute Park in central Cardiff. The group will have Green Party boards / signs to help you find them. We will also use What Three Words to communicate the exact location on the day. Who? All welcome! Dog and child-friendly (as long as they will be comfortable in a potentially large group of people). All Green Party members and supporters, and anyone else who is interested in being surrounded by Greens for the day! Even if you didn’t get involved in the campaign, you are welcome! You don’t need to have volunteered before the election to come along! Anything else? Non-boozy vibes. Alcohol not strictly prohibited but this is a family-friendly and sober-friendly event. We request that any alcohol is drunk discreetly and attendees support a family-appropriate and sober-inclusive environment. Those who wish to go out afterwards in bars / pubs are welcome to do so. There is also a party at PG Gardens on City Road on Sunday 17th May from 3pm until late, at which alcohol will be served and which will have a ‘boozier’ evening vibe. Weather-dependent event. There will be a small gazebo, but no shelter apart from that. The event will be cancelled if it is raining or extremely windy / cold. No toilet facilities. The nearest toilets are in cafes, bars or other venues in the city centre (10-20 min round trip). Access & inclusion information. This is an open-air, grassy space. It may not be suitable for all types of wheelchairs. The ground may be cold / damp. There may be a large group of people. There may be dogs, babies and children present. There will be no chairs provided, so seating will be on the ground unless you bring a chair.",
