The Harton by-election is shaping up to be a straight fight between the Greens and Reform, and we&#x27;re going all out to elect Kathryn Kaupa as Harton&#x27;s Green voice and our 11th councillor in South Tyneside. The Greens are now the official opposition on South Tyneside Council and were the only party other than Reform to increase our number of councillors at May&#x27;s elections. 1 in 4 voters across the borough backed the Greens. We can build on that momentum, but only if we all pull together. 📮 This weekend we need to deliver 10,000 leaflets across Harton, so we need all hands on deck! Whether you can join us for an hour or stay all day, your help will make a huge difference. 👟 Wear comfortable footwear 🌦️ Dress for the weather 💧 Bring a water bottle ☀️ Don&#x27;t forget sun cream 🥪 You&#x27;re welcome to break for lunch at a local café, or bring a packed lunch if you prefer. There are benches in the grassed area where we&#x27;re meeting, so you can stop, rest and grab a bite whenever you need.
