Several interpreters have volunteered to speak about challenges related to working conditions, respect on the job, scheduling, compensation, and other issues affecting our work. By sharing our stories, we hope to identify common concerns, build solidarity, and strengthen our collective voice. The town hall will also provide an opportunity for us to connect with one another, discuss potential solutions, and help shape the future of our campaign as we advocate for improved workplace conditions and meaningful change.",
