	"description": "In order to make our community giveback event a success, we need YOU! Sign-up for a volunteer shift using the form on the right. Join us for a few hours, or the whole day! We need volunteers to be greeters; help with trying on shoes; handing out backpacks, supplies, and popcorn; monitoring the bounce house; set-up/take-down; and more. Help us give back to the community that gives us so much! Wear your favorite union t-shirt. Lunch and water will be provided for all volunteers. Here&#x27;s more about the event... Labor and community make a great pair, so we&#x27;re giving away sneakers so students in need can Hit the Ground Running this school year! We&#x27;ll not only have FREE sneakers for kids in grades K-8, but also free haircuts from Blendz by Goodfellas and Master&#x27;s Touch Barbershop, hair braiding from Hair Candy 716, free school supplies, and more!",
