Boasted as a &quot;city-within-a-city&quot; and the &quot;birthplace of the Minneapolis skyway&quot; when it opened in 1963, the tower was most recently home to offices, a hotel, and parking garage. With its recent renovation - led by Sherman Associates and completed in Fall 2024 - the building has been re-imagined, converting the former office space into 216 new apartments with a variety of innovative amenity spaces. We&#x27;ll meet in the lobby of the Marquette ave entrance to take a tour of the building, led by representatives from the Northstar Center, and gather for libations and discussion at the 8th Street grill following the tour.
