In this workshop, members will learn about the risks of fatigue and identify personal and collective responses to the problem. 2.0 contact hours will be awarded BULLYING PREVENTION -  Our members’ stories corroborate what the research says— bullying is a huge problem in healthcare. In this popular training, members learn the about the scope of bullying and its impacts on workers’ health and mental well-being. They learn both individual and collective strategies to address bullying from co-workers and management. They also gain tools for engaging with management on bullying prevention. 2.0 contact hours will be awarded WORKPLACE VIOLENCE-  Nurses, techs, social workers, and others in the healthcare and social services sector suffer more than half of all violent workplace assaults, and the problem is growing worse.
