This quarter’s Reentry Table will focus on employment opportunities, workforce development, and the systems that help or hinder returning citizens as they rebuild their lives. We are bringing together organizations that are creating pathways to employment through career support, apprenticeship programs, and direct services. Together, we will explore what resources currently exist, where the gaps remain, and what changes are needed to make employment more accessible for formerly incarcerated Michiganders. This conversation is designed to create space for shared learning, practical resources, and meaningful dialogue among advocates, service providers, impacted individuals, and community members.
