	"description": "Come and help us test for microplastics in Machen. We’ll be meeting at the village hall in Machen at 10am and from there we’ll walk a short distance to collect samples and bring them to back to the hall to test. There will be a talk about microplastics so you can find out more about this largely invisible form of pollution, why we need to address this growing problem, and what you can do to help. Refreshments will be available. Please bring a glass jar if you can, and some sturdy shoes and waterproofs. Family friendly event. Children of all ages welcome but no dogs please.
