Join Dr. Sandra Steingraber, Fossil Free Tompkins, FracTracker Alliance, and Mothers Out Front for a community forum on the proposed repowering of the Cayuga Power Plant. We will discuss the local impact and the climate impact of the proposal and concrete actions we can take to engage and protect the Lansing community. The forum will be held from 10:00-11:30 at the community center followed by a family friendly rally outside the Lansing school complex at 12:00. On September 8, thousands of rallies will be held in cities and towns around the world to demand our local leaders commit to building a fossil free world that works for all of us. Join us as we hold our local leaders to account and demand that they walk the talk on climate action.",
