	"description": "Join us for a powerful, all-day gathering designed to prepare our communities to develop civil disobedience strategies, keep ourselves and our neighbors safe, and build a mass movement to stop authoritarianism through strategic non-cooperation and collective action. Participants will get grounded in the non-cooperation framework, connect with others in their local area, and identify the concrete roles they can play—whether organizing, workplace outreach, neighborhood patrols, direct action, or corporate campaign work. This convening will bring together individuals from across the Bay Area to foster a shared understanding, strengthen relationships, and develop community-based action plans. By the end of the day, participants will feel connected, empowered, and ready to take action.
