	"description": "On Palm Sunday, the Christian tradition remembers a procession that confronted empire not with violence, but with courage, clarity, and public witness. In that spirit, we invite you to join us for a peaceful and prophetic gathering in response to Target’s DEI cuts and complicity with ICE. This will be a nonviolent, community-centered action. We will gather on the front steps of Pasadena’s Downtown Target to sing in solidarity and to make clear to Target management and consumers that we do not support corporate enablers. We are calling on Target to: Publicly recommit to and fully restore Target&#x27;s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Publicly affirm Target stores as 4th Amendment workplaces by posting signage denying entry to immigration agents without signed judicial warrants, and by training staff on how to respond if agents enter without lawful authority. This action is rooted in solidarity. We are building visible ties between faith communities, grassroots organizations, and neighbors committed to justice. Bring a friend. Bring a sign.
