We know that members like to be contacted by phone and are more likely to take action if they feel a personal connection. We really need as many of our members as possible to canvas in our Newport target wards. Some members who are not able to help with canvassing may be willing to donate a small amount to our election fundraising pot. There are two ways in which you can take part in the phone bank event. I will host members at my house, tea, coffee and biscuits provided. you will need to use your own phone. If you are happy to do it at home, you will be provided with a script and a list of members to call. Whichever way you choose you will need to complete a data protection form.",
