	"description": "In this recurring Community Building Hub for Leaders, we support our local community-building efforts to be strategic and well-resourced, cultivate tools for building strong communal bonds &amp;amp; relational affinity, all while holding multifaceted Jewish movement identity. Due to overall interest, our summer rhythm for these calls will continue in the Jewish month of Tamuz on Mon, June 22nd, where we’ll be recapping the critical topic from this past month: Principled Struggle is the muscle we build as organizers to meet emergence, difference, conflict, disagreement with care and directness. This skill plays a key role in disrupting patterns of conflict avoidance which are manifest in movements just as they are in society, and which often undermine our collective mission and our interpersonal relationships. We will practice some skills and explore some resources to ground and sustain our work. This call is for all leaders in IfNotNow who feel a strong stake in sustaining chapter cultures that disrupt the icky patterns we’re simultaneously working to upend in the world. It’s also for anyone seeking accountability as an organizer ready to meet the moment which often leaves us feeling collapsed under internal and external tensions. Come ready to practice curiosity, try some things on, and maybe even have fun! So excited to build upon these offerings as we grow a healthy, powerful movement capable of winning strategic campaigns because we take care of one another and ourselves.",
