"description": "Join the electoral committee for a discussion on the Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) Albany proposal. RCV Albany's proposal would institute ranked choice voting and eliminate primaries in City of Albany elections. Our chapter voted to endorse the proposal in May, but various members have expressed concerns about the proposal, and we wanted to provide an opportunity to examine the proposal more closely. An electoral committee member has researched the potential effects of the proposal and will present his findings. There will also be plenty of time for discussion of (a) the merits of the proposal and (b) what approach our chapter should take. We hope to see you there!",
