They even platformed Netenyahu last year. What else do all of these people have in common? They are, each of them, exploiting systems which threaten the safety of people like you and me globally. Each of these people need to be confronted with all we have to make it clear to them and the world that we will no longer accept their lethally opportunistic behavior. You know where we’re going with this, right? Guys, the stars have aligned for the Coachella of direct actions. This lineup is stacked. Also in attendance at DealBook this year will be Kevin McCarthy, Bob Iger of Disney, and David Zaslav of Warner Bros. (Even the commissioner of the Professional Golfer’s Association has been granted a spot as a “thought leader” here. Fuck golf!) Right now, Kamala, Elon, and Jamie are assuming they can just peacefully fly into New York, have a luxury dinner, pat each other on the back, and go their separate ways. Are we going to let that happen? Hell no. Are you kidding me? Civilians are being bombed indiscriminately by Israel, a climate crisis threatens all of our futures, and record wealth inequality runs rampant as New York becomes a playground for the rich.
