Background: currently all unionized employees at the college are working without contracts. The college administration continues to deny raises for some of the lowest paid community college employees in the state, while also refusing to address under-staffing of full-time workers, the elimination of on-campus counseling for students, and a host of other non-monetary issues presented by faculty at the negotiating table (rejecting, for example, even the inclusion of an anti-bullying policy in the contract). We call on the college administration negotiate in good faith and to address the concerns of CCC&#x27;s employees, students, and community members. We care deeply about the future of our community&#x27;s college! We will meet up at 6:00 PM outside of the Commons building, then move inside for the meeting of the Regional Board of Trustees.",
