	"description": "The workers at SFSU chapter are going on strike on Tuesday Dec. 5th. Come out and support fellow workers on the picket line as they demand a fair contract. SFSU is inviting all students, community members, and alumni to join on the picket lines. There are 3 picket shifts throughout the day, and there will be a rally at 12pm. You are not required to stay for the whole shift - SFSU is encouraging folks to sign up for a shift even if you cannot stay for the entire the time. Additional guests are welcome. Steps to participate - First, sign up with DSA SF to let us know you&#x27;re going and when. Second, with your permission, we will sign you up with the CFA SFSU (or you can do it yourself here _) *We are signing folks up with SFSU bc they will contact us the week before the picket with the location, so to the extent you can, its a good idea to also sign up with SFSU the week before the strike.",
