Rehearsing a little bit will help with nerves, give you a sense of how long you&#x27;ll be speaking, and help organize your thoughts. We recommend it. :) Stories are suggested 5-10 minutes, and you are totally allowed to read from something you&#x27;ve written ahead of time. No shame!
