Please let us know if you have a confirmed meeting as it helps us manage numbers. If your MP declines or doesn&#x27;t get back to you - please still turn up if you can as you&#x27;ll be able to submit a &#x27;green card&#x27; to try and catch them or a member of their team. A large proportion of meetings at the Mass Lobby happened via green carding on the day. If you have a booked meeting, make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your meeting at the Cromwell Green entrance to Parliament. You do not need to join the main queue if you have a proof (printed email or email on your phone) of the meeting. If you haven&#x27;t got a booked meeting, there will be a Mass Lobby queue (we&#x27;ll send more details closer to the time) which will let you into security as capacity allows. Please wear something weather appropriate and bring water and snacks as the wait can take some time. We will send details on a separate access queue in due course. You are free to join the queue from 1pm but depending on size you may want to join it a bit later in the day. We are facilitating the Mass Lobby but Parliament are in charge of your visitor experience and things like security. There is airport-style security and restrictions on things like political materials and flags. Please read their security policy here.",
