"description": "The Community Coordinator Labor Organization (CCLO) is an organization of CCs at Brown that fights for the well-being of all CCs. Together, we are standing up and fighting for a better workplace. CCLO is a democratic, worker organization that only exists because CCs decided to create it! When we form our union, Brown will be legally obligated to listen to our demands and negotiate a contract with us. Right now, Brown makes all of the decisions about how the CC program is run. But with CCLO, we can have a say at the bargaining table about our stipend, responsibilities, and how our ACs can treat us. CCLO exists because CCs wanted to improve our university. Without you, we’re just a bunch of individual student mentors. But with you, we’re a Union that fights for our collective well-being. Join CCLO as a member and let's fight for what is right!",
