"description": "Membership Dues Individuals who give $36 or more annually, or $6 or more monthly, may apply their dues contribution to an additional person in their financial household. A financial household is a group of two or more people who make decisions together about financial contributions to JVP. If your financial household is three or more people, and you are paying dues on behalf of multiple people, please make your dues contribution the correct multiple of $18 for an annual payment or multiple of $3 for a monthly payment. Please note: Jewish Voice for Peace does not allow individuals to gift membership dues to another person beyond their financial household. Only use this form to add a person to your financial household. Improper use of this form will cause us to incorrectly recognize you and another person in our communications and outreach. Instructions Fill out your contact information. Then, fill out the contact information of the person you are in a household with. If you have more than two members in your financial household, please fill out the form again with your contact information and the contact information of the addtional household member. If you still need to pay membership dues for your household, click here.",
