PTU collects dues as a percentage of your monthly rent (minimum .5%, not to exceed 1.5%) If your rent is $1,000/mo your dues are $5/month If your rent is $1,500/mo your dues are $7.5/month If you split rent with roommates, just use the portion that you pay each month What if I can&#x27;t afford dues?
