Similarly, this administration refuses to negotiate equitable layoff protections, workload protections, or any increase to post-tenure review, AP bilingual pay and annual increases, or the non-tenure track faculty PCAR increases that members and our families deserve. After over 100 hours of bargaining, the administration being censured by faculty senate, and the painful layoffs of IELP and non-tenure track faculty colleagues, enough is enough. The PSU-AAUP leadership is recommending it’s full membership vote yes to authorize a strike. Filling out this form is a commitment to vote yes in a strike vote if one is called and strike if the Cudd administration forces us to, to win the conditions faculty, staff, and students deserve. &amp;nbsp; NOTE: Completing the strike commitment card does not mean we are going on strike. Per PSU-AAUP’s constitution, there must be an official vote to authorize a strike by union members.
