This can include personally identifying information, phone conversations, employment information, personal financial information, documents or contracts, and more. XR has a responsibility to ensure individuals and other organisations can trust us, and as such we require that you read the following agreement, and confirm that you are clear on how to comply with our GDPR guidelines In order to be granted access to personal information stored by XR, I agree to the following: I accept that the responsibility for managing XR data falls to Compassionate Revolution Ltd, the legal entity behind XR. I accept that, in accessing and managing data for XR, I am acting as an agent for Compassionate Revolution Ltd. I understand that complying with GDPR legislation when storing, processing, and transferring personal information is of vital importance to the security of XR. I will process personal information only for explicit XR purposes, as relevant to my specific role within the organisation, as specified on this document. I will not store any personal information on my personal devices. I will delete phone numbers from my personal phone and never use my personal email account without the consent of the individual being contacted. I will not share the information that I have access to with anybody, either internal or external to XR. If another volunteer needs access to personal information, I will point them in the direction of this Data Processing Agreement. I will ask a colleague or the XR Data Protection Officer for advice if I am unclear on how to comply with best GDPR practice. If uncertain, I will err on the side of caution in processing this data. I will respect and process any request from an individual to have their data removed from the XR database. I understand that breaches of this policy could incur severe financial penalties for XR. I understand that if I do not comply with this agreement, I may be asked to step down from my role within XR. I understand that this duty of confidentiality is indefinite, and continues after my involvement with XR has finished.",
