	"description": "Hi Friends! We want to make you aware of our new dues structure and also to let you know that it’s time to pay your Chicago JWJ Membership dues! Your dues play a crucial role in sustaining our operations by keeping the WIFI on, keeping payroll rolling, allowing our staff access to fully funded healthcare, and allowing us a livable wage while working in solidarity with all of our member organizations. From fighting for fair wages and benefits to supporting the health and safety of all workers to organizing workplaces, your contributions directly impact the lives of workers within our community. Thanks to your support, we were able to start a major glow up of the look, feel, and work of Chicago Jobs with Justice. That work continues this year, so stay tuned for updates. By fulfilling your dues, you are not only investing in your own future but also standing in solidarity with your fellow workers. We are working toward making public transit work better for riders and drivers through our Transit for All campaign. We are supporting and leading efforts to create pathways for good union jobs for our new arrivals. We are working on creating healing justice circles for women and women identifying workers. We are out in these streets making connections and living by our values every damn day: People over Profit, End Corporate Greed, Solidarity Forever. Your support is more critical now than ever before. As we continue to face challenges to workers rights, we must remain strong and united.
