	"description": "From August 19, 2018 until August 27, 2018, YouGov conducted a national survey with 902 respondents who were then marched down to a sample of 820 to produce the final dataset. The respondents were matched to a sampling frame on gender, age, race, and education. The frame was constructed by stratified sampling from the Current Population Survey (CPS) November 2016 Voting and Registration Supplement, subset on adults living in rural areas, with selection within strata by weighted sampling with replacements.
