The ACT Rule will: Save businesses money on fueling and maintenance costs Create good-paying jobs and new career pathways across the Commonwealth Allow businesses flexibility to choose the best vehicle for their operational needs Increase U.S. manufacturing of zero-emission trucks Drive down costs of zero-emission vehicles as market demand grows Investments in transportation electrification are underway and companies have made it clear; ACT states will reap the rewards of heavy-duty electrification.
