	"description": "We, the Conde Nast Union, are nearly 600 workers who power such brands as Allure, Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, Epicurious, Glamour, GQ, Self, Teen Vogue, them., Vanity Fair, Vogue, and WIRED. We work hard everyday to push out the content that has made Conde finally turn a profit for the first time in years. But this is apparently not enough for Conde Nast. The company is attempting to lay off nearly 100 of us, and cannot give us concrete explanations for how it wants to restructure. We have been demanding answers since layoffs were proposed November 1. Careers and livelihoods are on the line, but we cannot get a straight answer from executives. We want management to tell us its plan for restructuring Conde Nast and the true financial state of the company, so we can save as many jobs as possible! Help us tell CEO Roger Lynch that enough is enough by sending a letter with a clear message: Stop hiding information, stop the layoffs and bargain a fair contract with the union!! This concerns a dispute with Condé Nast and not with any other business. This is not a public call for a boycott.
