"description": "Tell City Hall and SFMTA how much you want faster and more equitable transit on Ocean Avenue! For Context: SFMTA approved the K Ingleside Rapid Project to add red transit-only lanes on Ocean in 2024 after over a year of public consultation. Recent pushback has caused SFMTA to pause the plan. The K Ingleside train has average speeds as low as 5 MPH on some parts of the corridor. Transit-only lanes have been shown to increase transit ridership, decrease congestion, improve the local economy, and reduce traffic collisions: a win-win for riders, drivers, and pedestrians! Let’s tell our leaders to finish the K Ingleside Rapid Project as approved and paint the red transit-only lanes!",
