We are determined to get a fair deal; however, we are now facing our largest obstacle to an agreement–protecting our WGA Pension. FOX 5 has thus far refused to make the contributions necessary to ensure that our WGA Pension Plan is adequately funded AND management continues to hold the line that new hires will be ineligible for the pension. This would essentially eliminate the WGA Pension from WNYW through attrition. We are in a critical time in our campaign.
