	"description": "Senate Bill 5 was filed this week to streamline the voter registration process by creating a truly Automatic Voter Registration process in Delaware. This bill would work through all government agencies that collect sufficient information, working together with the Department of Elections. Every time someone goes to the Department of Labor, the DMV, the Department of Health, or the Department of Social Services, they could potentially be registered to vote, if they are eligible. After visiting one of these agencies, eligible individuals would then get a card in the mail that asks them if they would like to cancel their registration or affiliate with a party. If they do not respond, they will be registered unaffiliated. Taking it even further, this bill would allow individuals to become affiliated with a party at the polling booth during the next election. THIS IS HUGE!
