	"description": "Since the start of the second Trump administration, the Immigration &amp;amp; Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) has been responsible for the deaths of dozens of immigrants in their custody, and their fascist thugs have murdered at least 3 people in the streets: Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis; and Keith Porter in Los Angeles. Despite claiming to only target criminals, ICE has detained children, people with valid work and residency permits, refugees, and US citizen based on nothing more than the color of their skin and the languages they speak. In Minneapolis, ICE thugs go door to door demanding that people report on their neighbors who may be immigrants, acts which bring to mind images of slave-catchers and the Nazi gestapo. Kentucky is the home to thousands of immigrants: they are our neighbors, coworkers, friends, spouses, parents and children. Rather than keeping our communities safe and preventing crime, ICE raids rip families apart, rob our children of their education, and prevent us from working at our jobs. We refuse to sit idly by while Trump&#x27;s fascist regime brings violence and race hatred into our communities. We reiterate the demands of unions and community organizations in Minneapolis, Minnesota and across the United States, and call on our elected officials and all working-class people to join us in demanding: ICE out of our state!
