"description": "The Governor has pledged to VETO Right to Work legislation -- thanks to everyone who took action on that issue! But that's just the beginning. The legislature still gets one more chance to override the Governor's veto. Now, we need everyone to go back to their legislators and ask them to VOTE NO ON THE OVERRIDE. There are 4 main reasons to vote NO...even for legislators who voted YES the first time. 1. Even for legislators who believe in RTW, this is NOT THE WAY TO DO IT. The bill raises constitutional problems, and some delegates who seem to support Right to Work have opposed this bill because of how it is written. 2. The bill has bi-partisan opposition. Every Democrat and 10 Republicans all rose to oppose the bill. For a veto override, the legislature should be able to at least offer bi-partisan support. 3. Not one single company has said that they will move to WV if this bill passes. 4. Right to Work is wrong. States with RTW laws have 54.4% higher on-the-job death rates and $5,971 less in median incomes. After you take action, please spread the word on Facebook, e-mail, etc.!",
