As Councilmember Kristen Sneddon pointed out at the October 14th City Council meeting: “this has been in the discussion queue for seven years.” This is long past due, and we can’t tolerate more delays. The Stabilization item was not added to the agenda which delays action, but we made a small step toward this goal. Now we need to keep up the pressure. Please email City Council TODAY and ask them to share a concrete timeline and work plan for next steps on Rent Stabilization.
